Assessment of Prevailing Rental Market Value of Commercial Sites Properties for Proposed Open Auction

The Horticulture Agency, Dera Ghazi Khan, invites interested persons and firms/businesses to submit their concerns for furnishing proposed monthly rental values for the following commercial sites/properties through a transparent and competitive open auction process. This Expression of Interest (EOI) aims to obtain indicative prevailing market-based rental values for the above-mentioned commercial sites/properties. The sites/properties include: - Land at Bagh-e-Gul (Ladies Park), DGK (2 Kanal) - Play Land at Kamal Park, Taunsa (4 Kanal) - Marriage Lawn/Farm House at South Gate of Jinnah Family Park, DG Khan (186'x90') - Placement of Old Railway Bogie (74' x 10.5') for Cafeteria/Restaurant/Food Point at South Gate of Bagh-e-Gul (Ladies Park), DG Khan (135'x64') - Tuck Shops in different small parks DG Khan and Taunsa (10'x10') - Permission for 20 Shops on the outer boundary wall of General Bus Stand Park, DGK (Area Each Shop) (15'x30') - Permission for 09 Shops at 6-Block opposite Well Dress Garments (land handed over by Municipal Corporation, DG Khan): 03 No of Shops (Area Each Shop) (12'x17'), 03 No of Shops (Area Each Shop) (13'x19'), 03 No of Shops (Area Each Shop) (12'x24') - Parking Stand at Exit Entry Point Park, Taunsa - Parking Stand at Kamal Park, Taunsa The EOI is issued solely for obtaining market information and indicative rental values and shall not be construed as an offer, lease, allotment, or award of any right in favor of any participant. Interested parties must submit their responses in a sealed envelope to the Office of the Deputy Director Marketing, Horticulture Agency, Dera Ghazi Khan, during office hours on or before the 7th day from the date of publication of this EOI. The EOI requires submission of name of interested persons/firms, CNIC/NTN where applicable, complete address and contact details, description of the site/property for which the offer is submitted, proposed monthly rental value in Pakistani Rupees, and any other relevant information useful for assessment of the market value. This process ensures transparency and competitive bidding for the rental of these commercial sites. Bidders should carefully note the terms and conditions, including that the EOI is not a legal or contractual right and that the final rental price will be determined by the competent authority. The Horticulture Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
