Procurement of Assistive Devices for Persons with Disabilities under ADP Scheme Provision of Wheelchairs, Prosthetics, Hearing Aids, and Other Assistive Devices to PWDS Phase-III Framework Contract 2026-27 and 2027-28

The Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Punjab, Lahore, invites bids for the procurement of assistive devices for persons with disabilities under the ADP scheme Provision of Wheelchairs, Prosthetics, Hearing Aids, and Other Such Assistive Devices to PWDS Phase-III on a framework contract for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP), and only firm companies registered with relevant tax authorities are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Manual Assistant Controller Wheelchairs/Manual Active Use Wheel Chair (Qty: 120, Est. Unit Price: 65,000 PKR) - Motorized Wheel Chair (Qty: 30, Est. Unit Price: 165,000 PKR) - Pediatric (cerebral palsy) C.P. Wheelchair (Qty: 30, Est. Unit Price: 65,000 PKR) - Elbow Crutches (Qty: 200, Est. Unit Price: 2,000 PKR) - Walking Frame/Walker (Qty: 200, Est. Unit Price: 2,000 PKR) - Portable Ramps (Qty: 100, Est. Unit Price: 15,000 PKR) - Magnifiers (High and low-vision prescription lenses) (Qty: 100, Est. Unit Price: 6,000 PKR) - Hearing Aids (Qty: 240, Est. Unit Price: 15,000 PKR) - Pre-Programmed Hearing Aids (Qty: 240, Est. Unit Price: 150,000 PKR) - Alarm signaller with light/sound/vibration (Qty: 300, Est. Unit Price: 3,000 PKR) - White Cane (Aluminum material, folding and adjustable) (Qty: 2,000, Est. Unit Price: 2,000 PKR) The technical scope covers a wide range of assistive devices, including wheelchairs (manual, motorized, pediatric), mobility aids, hearing aids, magnifiers, and safety devices, all intended to enhance the mobility and independence of persons with disabilities across Punjab. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities and must provide valid documentation. Earnest Money/Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot is required, to be submitted separately for each lot through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available online, and bids must be submitted electronically by 27th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 AM at the Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, 41 Empress Road, Lahore.
