The Shahdadpur Institute of Medical Sciences Shahdadpur invites E-bids through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposable system (EPADS) for the supply of medical and surgical items for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS system at http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/# for submission of electronic bids. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bid documents and submitted on FPADS from 12-10-2026 to 27-10-2026 before 1:00 p.m. The original instruments of tender fees and bid security must reach the procuring agency before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 p.m. at the office of the Director Shahdadpur Institute of Medical Sciences Shahdadpur. Eligibility requires registration on the Active Taxpayers List and compliance with FBR/SBR rules. Earnest money of 2.5% of the bid value is required along with a tender fee of 3000 PKR.
