Supply and Installation of ATS Panel with Shifting of Generator 405 KVA, Provision of LT Busbar for 2 x Generators 1250 KVA, Electrical Load Distribution, ATS Troubleshooting, and Firefighting System Rectification at AFIU Rawalpindi

The Armed Forces Institute of Urology Rawalpindi (AFIU) is inviting quotations from licensed and GST registered suppliers or firms for a comprehensive technical works package for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is focused on the supply and installation of an ATS Panel, shifting of a 405 KVA generator, provision and installation of a low transmission (LT) busbar for two generators of 1250 KVA for interchange, electrical work for load distribution, ATS troubleshooting, and rectification and commissioning of the existing firefighting system by classified engineers at the AFIU facility in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - ATS Panel with shifting of Generator 405 KVA (installation and commissioning) - Provision of LT Busbar for 2 x Generators 1250 KVA for interchange - Electrical work for load distribution and ATS troubleshooting - Rectification and commissioning of existing firefighting system The technical scope includes installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ATS panels and generators, as well as ensuring the firefighting system is fully operational and compliant with safety standards. All works must be performed by classified engineers with relevant experience in similar institutional environments. Interested bidders must be licensed, GST registered, and able to provide all required documentation. Tender documents can be obtained from the Quarter Master Branch, AFIU Rawalpindi, between 0800 and 1500 hours on working days, upon submission of a non-refundable bank draft of PKR 10,000 in the name of Commandant AFIU Rawalpindi. The last date for submission of sealed bids is 15 October 2026 at 1000 hours. Bids must include both technical and financial offers in separate envelopes, clearly marked as TECHNICAL OFFER and FINANCIAL OFFERS.
