AUCTION: 35 Eucalyptus Trees at Livestock Research Station Paharpur Dera Ismail Khan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Livestock Research & Development Station located in Paharpur, Dera Ismail Khan, is offering an auction for 35 eucalyptus trees. The auction will be conducted online through the EPADS platform on 21-10-2026 at 11:30 a.m. The successful bidder will be given one week to cut and remove the trees. Items being auctioned: - 35 eucalyptus trees Bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate. Each bidder is required to deposit Rs. 10,000 as security/guarantee money through the prescribed procedure. Bids submitted without the required security amount will not be considered. Interested bidders may inspect the trees on site before bidding. The successful bidder will be allowed to cut and remove the trees after depositing the auction amount. All expenses related to cutting, loading, transportation, and removal of the trees will be borne by the successful bidder. Any damage to government property during the removal process will be the responsibility of the bidder. Failure to deposit the required amount or remove the trees within the prescribed period will result in action as per applicable rules. This auction is managed by the competent authority at the Livestock Research & Development Station, Paharpur. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The decision of the competent authority will be final and binding. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS and deposit the security amount to avoid disqualification.
