Beautification Works of Gumbat Bazar, Khushal Garh, Do Surkhi, Togh Bazar and Billitang Bazar

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Gumbat invites sealed tenders under MRS-2025 for beautification and uplifting activities under ADP 2026-27 schemes. The works are located in Gumbat city and include the beautification of Gumbat Bazar, Khushal Garh, Do Surkhi, Togh Bazar, and Billitang Bazar in Tehsil Gumbat. Items being procured: - Beautification of Gumbat Bazar, Khushal Garh, Do Surkhi & Togh Bazar (Estimated Cost Rs. 100.00 Million) - Beautification of Billitang Bazar, Tehsil Gumbat (Estimated Cost Rs. 34.00 Million) The scope includes landscaping, horticulture, roads, pavements, kerbs, footways, general civil engineering works, and electrical works including solar powered LED street lighting systems where applicable. Contractors must be enlisted with the Local Council Board and KPPRA in the relevant category for the current financial year 2026-27. Eligibility requires PEC registration in CE10 (General Civil Engineering), CE01 (Roads, Pavements), EE11 (General Electrical works), and related specializations. Active NTN, Income Tax Certificate, valid PEC license, and KPPRA registration are mandatory. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system and original bid securities delivered by courier to the TMA Gumbat office before the closing time. The last date and time for submission of tender forms is 20/10/2026 at 12:00 PM, with tender opening at 12:30 PM the same day. The tender will be processed on an above/below system based on the Market Rate System 2025. Bank guarantees are not acceptable as earnest money; only original Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) will be accepted.
