AUCTION: Lease Rights for Advertisement Fascia Boards and Panels Sargodha Cantonment 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Sargodha invites sealed bids for the lease rights to install and operate advertisement fascia boards, panaflex boards, electric/neon sign boards, and wall panels/printing within the Sargodha Cantonment limits for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to interested parties who wish to acquire exclusive rights for outdoor advertising on various designated sites managed by the Board. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions outlined in the notice, and the successful bidder will be responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations and payment schedules. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Electric/neon sign boards (Rs 800 per sft per month for all categories) - Lease rights for Panaflex boards (Rs 500 per sft per month for all categories) - Lease rights for Wall panels/printing (Rs 150 per sft per month for all categories) The technical scope includes the installation, maintenance, and operation of advertising structures at approved locations. The successful bidder must ensure that all materials and installations meet the safety and aesthetic standards set by the Board. The annual security deposit is **PKR 5,000,000**. Bidders must be registered with FBR and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per the auction terms. The last date for submission of sealed bids is **01 July 2024** at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Sargodha. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
