AUCTION: Shops, Canteen, Stalls and Services at Sadiq Public School

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Sadiq Public School invites interested, reputable and experienced individuals or firms to participate in an Open Auction scheduled for 26 October 2026 at 11:30 a.m. The auction concerns the lease of various shops, canteens, stalls, and services for a period of three (03) years starting from 1st January 2027. Items being auctioned include: - General Store (01) - Tailor Shops (02) - Servis Shoes Shop (01) - Fruit & Vegetable Shop (01) - Hosiery Shop (01) - Fast Food Shop (01) - Barber Shop (01) - Girls' Section Canteen (01) - Cafeteria Main and Girls Section (01) - Progressive School Canteen (01) - Food Stalls (03) - Laundry Service (01) - Leather Shoes Shop (01). The auctioned outlets must maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and quality, selling only school-approved items. Prices, quality, and quantity will be monitored and approved by the School Administration. All staff engaged by the successful bidder must be approved by the School Administration, which reserves the right to remove unsuitable persons. No subletting, transfer, or sale of prohibited items is allowed, and printed/MRP items must not be sold above marked prices. No structural modifications are permitted without prior written approval. All utility charges, taxes, wages, and operational expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder. The School reserves the right to terminate contracts for breach of terms, misconduct, poor quality, hygiene issues, overcharging, or non-payment of dues. Interested bidders may visit the premises to assess the business/service scope before participating. Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of the School's Terms & Conditions, and the Principal's decision is final and binding. The School also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the auction. A practical tip for bidders is to thoroughly inspect the premises and understand the operational requirements and costs before bidding to ensure compliance with the School's standards and avoid future disputes.
