Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Horticulture Agency Lahore (HAL) is offering the auction of advertisement rights for digital advertisement media on various pedestrian bridges and metro bus pillars across Lahore. This opportunity is open to eligible, reputable, and financially sound advertising companies, firms, and national/multinational companies interested in installing advanced digital SMDs for advertisements at prime locations in the city. The auction covers:
- Pedestrian Bridges: located across different locations of Lahore
- Metro Bus Pillars: located along the Metro Bus Route, from Gajjumata (starting point) to Shahdara (ending point)
The exact number and list of pillars and pedestrian bridges will be provided in the bidding documents. Interested parties must ensure registration with Horticulture Agency Lahore, valid company registration with FBR/SECP/Registrar of Firms, valid NTN, a minimum of three years of experience in outdoor advertising, and sound financial standing. No history of default, blacklisting, or litigation with any government or public sector entity is allowed.
Applicants are required to submit the following documents with their Expression of Interest: HAL registration certificate, company profile, certificate of incorporation/registration, NTN certificate, bank statement of at least one year, affidavit of no default/blacklisting, and proof of experience in outdoor advertising.
Expressions of Interest must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked EOI for Advertisement Rights - Pedestrian Bridges & Metro Bus Pillars, Lahore, addressed to the undersigned by 15.10.2026. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted parties will be notified for the detailed auction process, terms, and conditions.
