AUCTION: Animals at Livestock Experimental Farm Khizerabad (Buffaloes, Cows, Calves, Bulls)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Board is conducting an open auction for the sale of animals at the Livestock Experimental Farm Khizerabad. This auction includes buffaloes, cows, calves, and bulls that are surplus or unfit for further breeding or farm use. The auction will be held at the farm premises in Khizerabad on 17 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested buyers are invited to participate and bid for the animals as per the terms and conditions outlined by the department. Items being auctioned: - Buffaloes (03 head) - Cows (37 head) - Calves and Bulls (various, as per lot details) Each participant must deposit earnest money in cash or pay order before the auction begins. The required earnest money is Rs. 50,000 per buffalo and Rs. 20,000 per cow, calf, or bull. Only those who deposit the earnest money will be eligible to participate in the bidding process. The successful bidders must pay the full bid amount immediately after the auction, and animals must be removed from the farm within the stipulated time. All animals are auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis, and the department will not entertain any claims regarding the health or condition of the animals after the sale. Participants must bring their original CNIC for registration. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. In case of any dispute, the decision of the auction committee will be final and binding. The auction will be conducted strictly according to the rules and regulations of the Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Board.
