AUCTION: Lifting of Garbage Rights for Nishtar Hospital Multan 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Nishtar Hospital Multan is conducting a public auction for the rights to lift and dispose of garbage from the hospital premises for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is open to all eligible parties interested in acquiring these rights. The auction will be held at the hospital, and all interested bidders are invited to participate as per the schedule provided below. Items being auctioned: - Lifting of Garbage rights for Nishtar Hospital Multan (for the year 2026-27) The technical scope involves the exclusive right to collect, remove, and dispose of all garbage generated at Nishtar Hospital Multan during the specified period. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring timely and hygienic removal of waste in accordance with hospital and municipal regulations. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the hospital's designated committee, and the highest bid will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority. To participate, bidders must deposit a valid Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of **PKR 1,000,000** as bid security in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Nishtar Hospital Multan. The CDR must be attached with the bid documents at the time of submission. Bidders are also required to bring their original CNIC and proof of deposit slip for the auction registration fee of **PKR 2,000**. The auction will take place on **19-10-2026 at 11:00 AM**, and the deadline for submission of bids is **20-10-2026 at 12:00 PM**. All bids must be submitted in person at the hospital's designated office. A practical tip for bidders: Arrive early on the auction day to complete registration and verify your documents, as latecomers may not be entertained.
