AUCTION: Backlit Board on Existing Iron Railings Fixed Across Khabbana-e-Iqbal Chowk to Dolphin HQ Near Packages Mall, Main Walton Road

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Walton Cantonment Board invites open public auction for branding and advertisement rights on existing iron railings fixed from Khabbana-e-Iqbal Chowk to Dolphin HQ near Packages Main Walton Road, Main Walton Road, Lahore. The auction is scheduled to be held on 06-10-2026 at 11:00 hours in the office of the Cantonment Board Walton. The auction concerns a backlit board on iron railings with an approximate size of 800(S) FT. The security certificate in shape of CDRs is Rs. 2.00 million. Items being auctioned: - Backlit Board on existing iron railings fixed across the road from Khabbana-e-Iqbal Chowk to Dolphin HQ near Packages Mall, Main Walton Road (approx. 800(S) FT) The auction terms require interested firms to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Earnest money in the form of deposit or bank guarantee must be submitted one day before auction at the Cantonment Board Walton. The successful bidder must possess CNIC and proper authority letter to participate. The branding/advertisement rights will be granted initially for one year renewable for two more years with a 10% annual increase based on satisfactory performance and timely payments. The successful bidder will be responsible for cleanliness, painting, structural maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of the advertisement on the railings at their own cost. All advertisement content must be political, non-controversial, and approved by the Cantonment Board. Payment terms include 25% payment on the auction day and the balance in installments as per the auction terms. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. The successful bidder shall install the branding/advertisement material at their own expense and maintain it throughout the contract period. Structural stability certificates from a qualified engineer registered with PEC are required. The maximum height of the branding/advertisement should be as determined by the CEO Board. Income tax or other taxes levied by provincial or federal government must be deposited by the successful bidder. The advertisement shall display national videos on key national days and campaigns. The board reserves the right to reject any bid or proposal and to cancel the auction without assigning reasons. The decision of the Director Lahore region will be final in case of dispute. Bidders are advised to clear all outstanding dues before participating. The auction will be held at Walton Cantonment Board office, Lahore.
