Disposal of Papers, I.T Items, Furniture, Tyres, Electrical Items and Miscellaneous Scrap at CUI Sahiwal Campus

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Comsats University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus) invites electronic bids for the disposal of various public assets on an as is where is basis. This auction is specifically for the disposal of Papers, I.T Items, Furniture, Tyres, Electrical Items and Miscellaneous Scrap located at the CUI Sahiwal Campus. Interested firms and companies including Individual Consultants, Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Private and Public Limited Companies, and State Owned Enterprises are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works. Items being auctioned: - Papers - I.T Items - Furniture - Tyres - Electrical Items - Miscellaneous Scrap The auction will be conducted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders should search using Disposal Activity ID No. D11376 to access bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications. The deadline for bid submission is Monday, November 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Participants will be notified automatically of preliminary results via EPADS, with final results communicated later as per bidding documents. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is constituted as per Regulation No. 26, with notifications available on EPADS and the procuring agency's website if available. This auction provides a transparent and efficient platform for disposal of surplus and obsolete assets, ensuring fair competition and compliance with regulations.
