AUCTION: BER Technical Store Items at NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore

The National Database And Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore invites bids for the auction of BER Technical Store Items located at 73-Trade Centre M.A Johar Town, Lahore. This auction offers a wide range of condemned technical equipment and scrap items from NADRA's technical stores. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-PADS Ver. 2 platform by the deadline of 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must provide a bid security of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of a CDR or Pay Order payable to NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore. The bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be released after award of the contract. The starting bid price is Rs. 423,471/-. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the total bid amount on the same day of award and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. Failure to deposit payments will result in forfeiture of bid security. Successful bidders are responsible for removing all items within 48 hours at their own expense. Demurrage charges of 2% per day will apply if items are not removed timely. Bidders must be registered taxpayers and provide valid CNIC, NTN, and sales tax registration certificates. Bids with incomplete or fake documents will be rejected. The auction will be opened on 13 November 2026 at 11:30 AM at NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore.
