AUCTION: Unserviceable CT Scan Machine at PNS Shifa DHA Phase-II Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. A public auction will be held at PNS Shifa DHA Phase-II Karachi for the disposal of one unserviceable CT Scan Machine. The auction is scheduled for 20 November 2026 at 1030 hours on an 'AS IS & WHERE IS BASIS'. Interested bidders may visit the site with their original CNIC for inspection on the same day between 0900 to 1030 hours. Items being auctioned: - 01 x Unserviceable CT Scan Machine located at PNS Shifa Hospital DHA Phase-II Karachi The auction will start promptly at 1100 hours. Successful bidders must deposit 25% cash of the accepted bid immediately after the fall of the hammer along with a copy of CNIC. The remaining 75% must be deposited within 5 working days through the Government Auctioneer under supervision at the State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. All applicable taxes including GST and IT must be deposited before removal of the lot. Loading and removal of the lot will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. Welding or cutting on the lot is strictly prohibited. Bidders must produce a nomination letter with an affidavit attested by an Oath Commissioner, addressed to CO EHQ (N) & PDD, on company letterhead signed by the CEO or Head of Department with contact details. Defaulters will be removed from the auction. The auction is conducted by Pakistan Navy EHQ (N) & PDD at NSSD Area, West Wharf Road, Karachi.
