The Municipal Committee Bhakkar is inviting sealed bids for the public auction of lease rights for various shops and plots under its jurisdiction for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee Bhakkar on 29-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction to secure commercial opportunities in prime municipal locations.

The technical scope includes lease rights for commercial shops, parking, slaughterhouse, cattle market, and cycle stand, as well as several plots for shop construction at the General Bus Stand. All interested bidders must deposit the specified earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) before the auction date. Successful bidders are required to pay 10% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining amount due as per municipal rules. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of deposit. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
