NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Timergara invites interested parties to participate in the e-auction for lease rights of key municipal assets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted online through the E-Auction/Ebaldia portal, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all eligible bidders. The assets being offered for lease are significant revenue-generating points within Timergara, and successful bidders will secure the right to operate and collect fees from these sites for the specified period.
Items being auctioned:
- General Bus Stand Timergara (Reserve Price: Rs. 7487500)
- Adda Stand Timergara (Reserve Price: Rs. 875000)
- Cattle Market Timergara (Reserve Price: Rs. 212500)
Each lot represents a major municipal facility, and the reserve price is the minimum annual lease value set by the TMA. Bidders must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria, including submission of earnest money at 5% of the reserve price for each lot, and an additional 15% security deposit within seven days of successful bidding. Only those registered on the LGKP e-auction portal (cfmis.lcbkp.gov.pk or www.lgkp.gov.pk) are eligible to participate, and all documents must be uploaded as per the instructions.
The auction will be held on 26, 25, and 24 May 2026, with the deadline for bid submission set at 4:00 PM on 26 May 2026. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions, including the requirement for timely payment of lease amounts and compliance with all municipal regulations. The auction committee will oversee the process, and any disputes will be resolved as per TMA rules.
