AUCTION: Re-Auction of Parking Areas inside Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the re-auction of its parking areas for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The parking areas available for lease include: - Labour Room (1682 sft) - PP Block (6820 sft) - Old CCU-2 (2800 sft) - Gastro Ward (6042 sft) - Hospital Main Gate (4484 sft) - Gastro OPD & Medical Unit II Gate Side Wall (1480 sft) - Car passkey and cycle stand area on the middle road of the new Emergency & Medical College (11038 sft) - CCU-I Cycle Stand (8000 sft) - Doctor Hostel Cycle Stand (4525 sft) - Backside of Pulmonology Ward (5450 sft) Total Area 52,321 Sft The successful applicant will be responsible for parking management of all vehicle types including motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks, and Mazdas, ensuring systematic traffic flow and security within the institution premises. The auction will be conducted via the e-Auction Portal with terms and conditions available at https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk and https://szmc.edu.pk. Applicants must register on the e-Auction Portal as per eligibility criteria; hard copies of applications are not required. Earnest money of 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 2,618,000) must be furnished in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's cheque within ten days of evaluation result announcement. The auction will start at the reserve price of Rs. 26,180,000 and offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1%. If no offer is received at the last minute, the auction ends; otherwise, it extends by five minutes. The auction concludes at midnight on the auction day. The auction follows the 'Auction Policy 2025' notified by the SHC&ME Department. Interested bidders should note the key dates: registration closes on 15 October 2026, eligibility status uploading by 22 October 2026, grievance submission by 29 October 2026, grievance redressal by 5 November 2026, CDR submission by 19 November 2026, and the auction date is 26 November 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
