AUCTION: Collection Rights of General Bus Stand Fee Chiniot Sharif for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Chiniot Sharif invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the General Bus Stand Fee for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the right to collect the designated fee from the General Bus Stand in Chiniot Sharif, under the terms and conditions set by the TMA. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations, ensuring transparency and fair competition among all participants. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for General Bus Stand Fee, Chiniot Sharif, for the period from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027 Reserve price: Rs. 2,629,333 The successful bidder will be authorized to collect the specified fee from the bus stand for the stated period. All interested parties must submit their sealed bids by **24-09-2026 at 11:00 AM** at the office of the Chief Officer, TMA Chiniot Sharif. Bidders are required to provide a valid CNIC, NTN, and proof of registration with PRA/FBR. Earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price must be deposited in the form of a CDR or pay order in favor of the TMA before the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The auction will be held in the presence of the bidders, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for approval. The successful bidder must fulfill all legal and financial obligations as per the contract.
