Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Division Peshawar is inviting bids for the open auction of canal land parcels located in Tehsil NS, District Charsadda. The auction will be held on Thursday, 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this transparent process for acquiring lease rights of various canal land plots for the upcoming year.

The auction is open to all eligible bidders. A non-refundable earnest money of **Rs. 2,000,000** must be deposited prior to participation. Bidders should bring original CNIC and proof of deposit. The successful bidder will be required to pay 10% of the bid amount on the spot, with the balance payable as per departmental rules. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
