Establish Operate and Maintain Foreign Currency Exchange Counter at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders from Registered Companies, Firms, Joint Ventures, or Sole Proprietors for establishing, operating, and maintaining a Foreign Currency Exchange Counter on the left side while exiting from Arrival under KCL Shed Level-I of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. The concession is for a license period of five years or until outsourcing of the airport, whichever is earlier. Items being procured: - Establish, Operate and Maintain Foreign Currency Exchange Counter The concessionaire will operate during working hours on working days at the office of the Officer InCharge, Commercial, PAA (Room No. 3016-17) Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi. The reserve price for the concession is Rs. 4,649,183 per month with a tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (Five Thousand Only). Interested bidders must purchase tender documents by 20/10/2026. The last date for submission is 21-10-2026 at 1500 hrs in the Main Conference Room (Room No. 6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. The opening of bids will be on the same day at 1530 hrs. Eligibility includes being a registered company or firm with relevant experience and capability to manage foreign currency exchange operations.
