Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Directorate of Agriculture (Irrigation Reforms) Lahore Division Lahore is organizing a public auction of unserviceable scrap and surplus items from various canal sub-divisions under its jurisdiction. The auction will be held at different locations and dates as specified in the notice, with the main office situated at 13-A Hafiz Town, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process for the listed lots.
Items being auctioned:
- Scrap material from L/654, L/2218, L/21875, L/19600, L/78200, L/13000, L/3195, L/4863, L/4000, L/17060, L/43810, L/79600, L/25006, L/152600, L/295/36, L/15330/183, L/48185, L/48561, L/13977/28, L/2450/28 (all lots refer to specific canal sub-divisions and their respective scrap/surplus items)
Each lot consists of various types of unserviceable and surplus materials, including metal scrap, machinery parts, and other obsolete items accumulated at the respective canal offices and sites. The auction will be conducted at the following locations: Lahore, Sheikhupura, and Kasur, with the final auction date being 08-10-2026.
To participate, bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit earnest money as specified in the auction terms. Successful bidders are required to deposit the full amount immediately after the auction. All government taxes and duties will be applicable as per rules. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
Bidders are advised to inspect the lots at the respective sites before the auction date to assess the condition and quantity of the items.
