AUCTION: Canteen Areas at The Children's Hospital & The Institute of Child Health Multan for FY 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Children's Hospital & The Institute of Child Health Multan invites interested individuals, firms, or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its canteen areas for a one-year period through the e-Auction Portal. The auction involves two parking areas: 1. Main Parking Area of 23,417 Sqft and 2. Emergency Child Life Foundation Parking Area of 1,840 Sqft, totaling 25,257 Sqft. Items being auctioned: - Main Parking Area (23,417 Sqft) - Emergency Child Life Foundation Parking Area (1,840 Sqft) The auction reserve price is Rs. 17,016,780 excluding taxes for one year. Applicants must register on the e-Auction Portal and submit all required documents including Earnest Money of 10% of the reserve price in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The auction will be conducted as per the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC&ME Department. The auction for the parking stand will start from the advertised reserve price and subsequent offers must be greater than the previous offer by at least 1% of the reserve price. Key dates include registration closing on 18-09-2026, last date for uploading eligibility documents on 25-09-2026, last date of submission of grievances on 02-10-2026, last date of evaluation/redressal on 09-10-2026, last date of CDR submission on 22-10-2026, and the auction date on 29-10-2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The auction will be conducted online via the e-Auction Portal. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms and conditions available on the e-Auction Portal and ensure timely submission of all required documents to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money must be submitted in original to the Purchase Office within ten days of evaluation announcement. The auction results will be published on the official website and the uploaded offer during registration will be considered final and binding.
