Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The University of Agriculture Faisalabad is conducting an open auction for cotton picking at its farm, specifically Lot No. 1204. The auction will be held on 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the farm site. Interested parties are invited to participate in this transparent process for the right to pick cotton from the specified lot for the current season.
Items being auctioned:
- Cotton picking rights for Lot No. 1204 at University of Agriculture Faisalabad farm (reserve price: Rs. 100000)
The successful bidder will be required to deposit a security amount of Rs. 100000 as earnest money (Pay Order/CDR) at the time of auction. The cotton picking must be completed as per the university's schedule and guidelines. After the auction, the successful bidder must pay the full bid amount and complete all formalities before commencing the picking activity. The university will retain 1/3rd of the total amount as security, which will be refunded after satisfactory completion of the work and clearance from the relevant department.
Eligibility is open to all interested individuals or firms. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of financial capability. The auction committee's decision will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law. In case of any dispute, the matter will be resolved by the competent authority of the university.
The auction will be held at the farm site in Faisalabad. For those interested, it is advisable to visit the lot beforehand to assess the crop condition and estimate the potential yield. This practical step can help you make an informed bid and avoid surprises after winning the auction.
The last date for participation is 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. If the auction is not successful on this date, it will be held again on 13 November 2026 at the same time and place.
