AUCTION: Canteen and Parking Stand of DHQ Hospital Jhelum for Financial Year 2026-27 Phase II

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. DHQ Hospital Jhelum invites bids for the auction of the canteen and parking stand for the financial year 2026-27 (Phase II). The auction is for a one-year period starting from the issuance of the award letter, extendable by three months upon satisfactory performance. The properties offered are: - Parking Stand with a bid security of Rs. 500,000 - Canteen with a bid security of Rs. 500,000 Interested bidders can submit their bidding documents via the e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 19-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. The auction will be held on 20-10-2026, with the parking stand auction starting at 10:00 AM and the canteen auction at 11:30 AM. Successful bidders must deposit three months' payment in advance to the Government Treasury within three days, including all applicable taxes. Security deposits of the second and third place bidders will be returned after possession is handed over to the first place bidder. If the first successful bidder fails to deposit the contract amount, the call deposit receipt (CDR) will be forfeited and the contract awarded to the second bidder. Similar rules apply for the second and third bidders. The hospital administration reserves the right to reject any or all offers under PPRA 2014, Amended Rule 35(1). Defaulters from government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies are not allowed to participate. The successful bidder must vacate the premises within 15 days of prior notice if the contract is terminated. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk).
