Items being auctioned: - Cattle Market Fee Collection Rights, Chichawatni (Reserve Price: Rs. 6,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 600,000, Auction Date: 28-08-2026, 11:00 AM) - Cattle Market Fee Collection Rights, Kassowal (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 300,000, Auction Date: 28-08-2026, 11:30 AM) - Cattle Market Fee Collection Rights, Ghaziabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 7,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 700,000, Auction Date: 28-08-2026, 12:00 PM) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect market fees from cattle traders and buyers at the specified locations for the entire financial year. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection management, compliance with all relevant regulations, and timely deposit of collected amounts to the Market Committee. Eligibility criteria require bidders to deposit 10 percent of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR. Bidders must not be defaulters of any Market Committee in Punjab and must provide valid CNIC copies. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for approval.
