AUCTION: Collection Rights of Cattle Market Fees for Financial Year 2026-27, Tehsil Choa Saidan Shah

Tehsil Municipal Administration Choa Saidan Shah invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for cattle market fees for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the TMA office on 19-9-2026. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect fees from the designated cattle markets within the tehsil for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for cattle market fees, Choa Saidan Shah tehsil, for the period of financial year 2026-27 - Reserve price: Rs. 3,500,000 - Earnest money: Rs. 875,000 (25% of reserve price) - Previous year contract value: Rs. 2,500,000 The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect all applicable cattle market fees from the specified locations as per the terms and conditions set by the TMA. The successful bidder must comply with all local regulations and ensure transparent fee collection. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the relevant authorities, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit 25% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of auction. The remaining amount must be deposited as per the schedule outlined by the TMA. Bidders must not be defaulters of any previous contracts with the TMA and must provide valid CNIC copies.
