AUCTION: Collection Rights of Cattle Market GBS, Cattle Market Chichawatni, and Cattle Market Kassowal for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Chichawatni invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights (thekay) of various cattle markets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the TMA office on 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. This is a public auction for the following contracts: - Cattle Market GBS (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,551,223, Contract Period: 30 June 2027) - Cattle Market Chichawatni (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,281,595, Contract Period: 30 June 2027) - Cattle Market Kassowal (Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000, Contract Period: 30 June 2027) The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect fees from the respective cattle markets for the specified period. All interested parties must bring original CNIC and proof of NTN registration. A non-refundable earnest money deposit of 10% of the reserve price is required in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of auction. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Local Government Auction Rules 2016. Bidders must ensure they are not defaulters of any government dues and must comply with all terms and conditions printed in the auction notice. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for approval by the competent authority. The deadline for participation is 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the TMA Chichawatni office.
