AUCTION: Lease Rights of Children Park, Peshawar Cantt

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Peshawar is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of Children Park located in Peshawar Cantt for a period of three years, starting from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2029. The auction is being conducted under the supervision of the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, and all interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open and transparent process. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of Children Park, Peshawar Cantt (Reserve price: Rs. 102,000 per annum) The technical scope includes the management, operation, and maintenance of the Children Park as per the terms and conditions set by the Cantonment Board. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the park, providing quality recreational facilities, and adhering to all relevant regulations. The lease will be awarded to the highest bidder, with the second highest bidder also being considered as per the rules outlined in the notice. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit earnest money in the form of a CDR or pay order, equivalent to the specified amount. Bidders must not be defaulters of any government department and should be registered with FBR/ATL. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Board Peshawar, and all bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by the deadline of 11 November 2026. The opening of bids will take place on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
