The opportunity is to establish, operate, and maintain Baggage Wrapping Facility No. 01 in the International Departure (Briefing Area) of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. This is a prime location with high passenger footfall, offering significant business potential for interested parties. Items being auctioned: - Lease for Establishment, Operation, and Maintenance of Baggage Wrapping Facility No. 01 (International Departure, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi) Reserve Price: Rs. 3,025,000/- per month License Period: Five (05) years or till outsourcing of the Airport, whichever is earlier The technical scope includes providing, installing, and operating baggage wrapping equipment and maintaining the facility to international standards. The successful bidder will be responsible for all operational aspects, including staffing, equipment maintenance, and customer service. The concessionaire must comply with all airport security and operational protocols. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have relevant experience in operating similar commercial facilities, valid FBR/ATL registration, and the ability to provide Earnest Money as per the terms.
