Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process for the following collection rights: - General Bus Stand Fee Collection Rights (Tehsil Arifwala): Reserve Price 2 Crore PKR, Earnest Money 50000 PKR, Duration 20 months - Fruit and Vegetable Market Fee Collection Rights (Arifwala): Reserve Price 1 Crore PKR, Earnest Money 50000 PKR, Duration 16 months - Cattle Market Fee Collection Rights (Arifwala): Reserve Price 2 Crore PKR, Earnest Money 50000 PKR, Duration 22 months - Cattle Market Fee Collection Rights (Malka Hans): Reserve Price 60 Lakh PKR, Earnest Money 50000 PKR, Duration 6 months - General Bus Stand Fee Collection Rights (Qaboola): Reserve Price 20 Lakh PKR, Earnest Money 50000 PKR, Duration 12 months - Fruit and Vegetable Market Fee Collection Rights (Qaboola): Reserve Price 12 Lakh PKR, Earnest Money 50000 PKR, Duration 12 months The technical scope includes the collection of fees from the specified markets and bus stands as per the terms and conditions set by the Market Committee. Bidders must deposit the specified earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) for each lot they wish to bid on. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bidder will be awarded the collection rights, subject to approval. Eligibility requires submission of valid CNIC, proof of financial standing, and compliance with the rules of the Market Committee. The auction date is set for 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Market Committee Arifwala office. Bidders are advised to arrive early and ensure all documents are complete.
