Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Charsadda invites bids through E-Auction for the collection rights and lease of various municipal assets and revenue points for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted online as per the schedule, and interested parties are encouraged to participate for the opportunity to manage and operate these lucrative sites in Charsadda. The auction process is transparent and will be held via the official e-auction portal.
Items being auctioned:
- General Bus Stand Charsadda (Call Deposit: Rs. 1,500,000)
- Slaughter House Charsadda (Call Deposit: Rs. 1,700,000)
- Cattle Pen Charsadda (Call Deposit: Rs. 300,000)
- E-Khidmat Center Charsadda (Call Deposit: Rs. 100,000)
- Rickshaw Stand Shabqadar Road (Call Deposit: Rs. 15,000)
- General Bus Stand Utmanzai (Call Deposit: Rs. 100,000)
- Loader Rickshaw Stand Utmanzai (Call Deposit: Rs. 15,000)
- Fruit Market Utmanzai (Call Deposit: Rs. 30,000)
- Fruit Market Shabqadar (Call Deposit: Rs. 25,000)
- Slaughter House No. 6 (Call Deposit: Rs. 15,000)
- Slaughter House No. 7 (Call Deposit: Rs. 10,000)
Each site has a specified call deposit amount, which must be submitted as earnest money. The technical scope includes the management, operation, and revenue collection from these municipal assets for the specified period. Bidders must be registered with FBR and provide proof of ATL status. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 15% of the bid amount as advance and sign the agreement within the stipulated time. The auction will be held online at the official portal, and all terms and conditions must be strictly followed.
