AUCTION: Collection Rights of Digital Streamers in Cantonment Board Nowshera

The Military Lands & Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Nowshera invites bids for the auction of collection rights of digital streamers located at G.T Road Nowshera Cantt. This auction is for a single lot and will be conducted through an open public auction at the office of the Nowshera Cantt Board. The auction date is set for 12th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with alternative dates on 13th and 14th October 2026 at the same time. Items being auctioned: - Advertisement rights of Cantt Board Nowshera Streamers (single lot) on digital streamers basis. The auction includes the installation and maintenance of digital streamers by the successful bidder, who must also obtain electric connections at their own cost. The auction period is for three years with a 10% annual compound increase on the bid amount. The successful bidder must deposit 5% earnest money amounting to Rs. 1,40,000/- as call deposit or bank guarantee. After the auction, 25% of the highest bid including earnest money must be paid immediately, with the balance 75% payable in three quarterly installments. The bidder must execute a written agreement and maintain the digital streamers and poles, which must be painted and kept clean. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Representatives must have CNIC and proper authority letters. The structure must be certified by a qualified structural engineer registered with PEC to withstand wind speeds up to 160 Km/h. The auction may be cancelled by the CEO/Board at any time.
