NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Bestway Cement Limited, Pakistan's largest cement manufacturer, is offering for sale used mechanical workshop machines located at its Hattar, Farooqia, Chakwal, and Kallar Kahar plants. Interested parties are invited to inspect and submit quotations for the following machines: Items being auctioned: - Milling Machine, Cutter Diameter Capacity: 2–28 mm, Cross Slide Travel: 350 mm, Vertical (Up & Down) Travel: 350 mm (Hattar) - Gear Hobbing Machine, Max Diameter 800 mm, Max Module 10 mm (Farooqia) - Radial Drill Machine, Drill Capacity: 3 mm – 50 mm, Part Height: 600 mm, Tol Travel on Radial Arm: 1600 mm (Chakwal) - Lathe Machine, Bed Length: 3000 mm, Swing over Bed: 550 mm, Swing over Cross Slide: 250 mm (Chakwal) - Milling Machine #01, Clamping Range: 0-160 mm, Table Longitudinal Travel: 750 mm, Table Cross Travel: 300 mm, Collet Holder 3-20 mm (Kallar Kahar) The machines are offered on an 'as is where is' basis. Inspection is mandatory and can be done from 28-09-2026 to 02-10-2026 during 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 hours at the respective plant addresses in Hattar, Farooqia, Chakwal, and Kallar Kahar. Quotations must be submitted plant-wise by 05-10-2026 along with a Demand Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 1,000,000 in favor of Bestway Cement Limited as refundable security.
