Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions as per the Punjab Local Government auction rules. The successful bidder will be responsible for timely payments and adherence to all municipal regulations. Eligibility criteria require submission of earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) equal to 10% of the reserve price for each contract. Bidders must be registered taxpayers and not blacklisted by any government department.
