AUCTION: Collection Rights for Taxes and Fees by Town Municipal Corporation-I Makki Shah Sukkur 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Town Municipal Corporation-I Makki Shah Sukkur invites interested persons, firms, and prospective bidders to participate in an open auction for the collection rights of various taxes and fees for the fiscal year 2026-2027, covering the period from 01/06/2026 to 30/06/2026. The auction will be held on 07-09-2026 and 16-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Tax Branch of the Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah Sukkur. Items being auctioned: - Cattle Piri Old Chak Bus Stop Newpind Phatak Sukkur (Official Bid: 345,000 PKR, Security Deposit: 34,500 PKR) - Power Generator Fee (Official Bid: 287,500 PKR, Security Deposit: 28,750 PKR) - Razki Fee within Jurisdiction TMC-I Makki Shah Sukkur (Official Bid: 1,035,000 PKR, Security Deposit: 103,500 PKR) - Handcart Fee (Official Bid: 69,000 PKR, Security Deposit: 6,900 PKR) The auction terms and conditions are available from the office of the Director Taxes, Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah during office hours. All participants must deposit 10% of the official bid amount as call deposit or pay order in favor of Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah along with copies of CNIC, active FBR certificate, bank certificate confirming sound account maintenance, and an affidavit on original E-stamp paper worth Rs. 500 confirming that the bidder or company is not a defaulter or blacklisted by any council, institution, government department, or agency. The auction process requires bidders to pay the security amount for the licenses they wish to participate in. No conditional bids will be accepted. The successful bidder must pay the difference of the amount at the highest bid on the same day, failing which the bid will be rejected and security forfeited. The successful bidder is also liable to pay income tax, stamp duty, and other applicable taxes as per rules and regulations. Blacklisted contractors, firms, suppliers, or agencies are not eligible to participate. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids with valid reasons. The decision of the competent authority shall be final and binding and cannot be challenged in any court of law. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions from the Tax Branch office and ensure all required documents and deposits are prepared before the auction date to avoid disqualification.
