AUCTION: Timber/Wooden Logs Stockpiled at Civil Court Building Pano Aqil

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The District & Sessions Court Sukkur invites interested bidders to participate in an open auction for timber/wooden logs stockpiled at the Civil Court Building in Pano Aqil. The auction will be held on 25.09.2026 at 11:00 am in the Court of IInd Additional Sessions Judge, near District Prison, Shalimar Road, Sukkur. The auction is conducted on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. Items being auctioned: - Eucalyptus (159 logs) - Neem (14 logs) - Talhi (24 logs) - Siris (7 logs) - Peepal (5 logs) - Mango (16 logs) Total number of logs: 225 Bidders are required to bid for the entire lot in lump sum; separate bids for individual logs will not be entertained. The length, size, and weight of the logs are unknown. Logs are located at the Civil Courts Building near Wapda office Pano Aqil. Interested bidders may inspect the logs during office hours from 08:30 am to 03:00 pm before the closing date by contacting Mr. Muhammad Juman Soomro (Reader) at 0301-3433009. A refundable bid security of Rs. 50,000/- must be deposited on or before 25.09.2026 at 10:30 am in the Accounts Branch, District & Sessions Court, Sukkur. No late applications will be accepted. Participants must bring original CNIC and attested photocopy along with bid security. The pay order of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after auction completion and approval. The successful bidder will pay all applicable government taxes and must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot via pay order or bank deposit. The remaining amount including taxes must be submitted within seven days after approval. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposited money. Logs must be removed from the site within 7 days after submitting the remaining bid amount. Any damage to property or site will be the responsibility of the bidder.
