AUCTION: Collection Rights for General Bus Stand, Adda Qabirwala, and Parking Stand Vehari 2026-27

Municipal Committee Vehari invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights of various sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Vehari. (Auction of Collection Rights) Rules, 2016. Items being auctioned: - General Bus Stand Vehari (Reserve Price: Rs. 21,27,196, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,12,750, Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Adda Qabirwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 18,27,168, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,82,800, Period: 01-07-2025 to 30-06-2026) - Parking Stand Vehari (Reserve Price: Rs. 65,45,600, Earnest Money: Rs. 6,54,600, Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027) The technical scope includes the right to collect fees from the specified sites for the stated periods. Bidders must deposit the required earnest money (CDR) for each lot they wish to bid on. Only those who are not defaulters of the Municipal Committee and have no outstanding dues will be eligible to participate. All applicable taxes, including PST, will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. Interested parties should ensure their presence at the auction venue on the specified date and time.
