The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) is offering an open auction for ideally located commercial and residential cum-commercial plots in Gulshan-e-Quaid and Extension North Qasimabad Housing Schemes in Hyderabad. The auction will be held on 30.09.2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Director General, HDA, Civic Centre, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad. If the auction cannot be held on this date, it will be rescheduled to 01.10.2026 at the same time and venue. Items being auctioned: - Gulshan-e-Quaid Commercial Plot, Area 942.8 sq. yards, 1 plot, Reserved Price Rs. 33,000 per sq. yard - Gulshan-e-Quaid Commercial Plot, Area 6625.8 sq. yards, 1 plot, Reserved Price Rs. 33,000 per sq. yard - Gulshan-e-Quaid Commercial Plot, Area 6975.6 sq. yards, 1 plot, Reserved Price Rs. 33,000 per sq. yard - Gulshan-e-Quaid Commercial Plot, Area 370.6 sq. yards, 1 plot, Reserved Price Rs. 33,000 per sq. yard - Extension North Qasimabad RCC-IV R.S No.42 Plot, Area 1700.00 sq. yards, 1 plot, Reserved Price Rs. 74,997 The rates include development such as roads, water supply, and sewerage facilities. Additional charges for electricity, gas, and other utilities (40% of the bid price) will apply. Bidders must provide a pay order or demand draft of Rs. 200,000 for plots of 400 sq. yards and above, and Rs. 10,000 for plots up to 399 sq. yards, in favor of Director, P&DC, HDA as bid security, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the bid price at auction time and the remaining amount in installments. Construction must start within one year and complete within three years. Lease deed for 99 years will be executed after clearance of dues.
