For example, Plot 33 in Jubilee Town (78.76 Marla) has a reserve price of PKR 37,000,000, while Plot 109 in LDA Avenue One (16 Marla) has a reserve price of PKR 11,000,000. The full list of plots, sizes, and reserve prices is available in the notice. Interested bidders must bring original CNIC and pay order for earnest money as specified for each plot. The auction will be conducted in accordance with LDA rules and regulations. Successful bidders will be required to pay the bid amount as per LDA terms.
