AUCTION: Lease Rights of Commission Shops at Model Cattle Market Sheikhupura for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Cattle Market Management Company Sheikhupura is inviting sealed bids from interested parties for the lease rights of commission shops at Model Cattle Market Sheikhupura for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is open to the general public as well as traders, and will be conducted for three commission shops, each measuring 8x8 feet. The lease period for each shop is from 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027. The auction will be held on 28-10-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Punjab Cattle Market Management Company Sheikhupura. Items being auctioned: - Commission Shop No. 1 for cattle trade (8x8), reserve price Rs. 90,000, earnest money Rs. 9,000, lease period 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027 - Commission Shop No. 2 for cattle trade (8x8), reserve price Rs. 90,000, earnest money Rs. 9,000, lease period 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027 - Commission Shop No. 3 for cattle trade (8x8), reserve price Rs. 90,000, earnest money Rs. 9,000, lease period 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027 Each bidder must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of pay order at the time of auction. Successful bidders will be required to pay the remaining amount as per the terms and conditions. NTN is mandatory for participation. Detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Punjab Cattle Market Management Company Sheikhupura during office hours. Bidders are advised to bring their original CNIC and NTN certificate for verification. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
