AUCTION: Lease Rights of Cantonment Board Kohat Properties for 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Kohat invites sealed bids for the open auction of lease rights for various commercial properties and collection contracts for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be conducted at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Kohat, and is open to all eligible Pakistani bidders who meet the requirements set out in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for collection of parking fee at right side of Tehsil Gate, Kohat (Reserve price: Rs. 1,200,000 per annum, lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease rights for collection of parking fee at left side of Tehsil Gate, Kohat (Reserve price: Rs. 1,200,000 per annum, lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease rights for collection of parking fee at KDA Hospital Gate, Kohat (Reserve price: Rs. 1,200,000 per annum, lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease rights for collection of parking fee at KDA Market, Kohat (Reserve price: Rs. 1,200,000 per annum, lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease rights for collection of parking fee at KDA Bus Stand, Kohat (Reserve price: Rs. 5,200,000 per annum, lease period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027) Each property/lot is offered for a fixed lease period, and the successful bidder will be responsible for collection rights as per the terms and conditions. The auction will be held on 01-11-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cantonment Board Kohat office. Interested parties must submit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of Cantonment Board Kohat before the auction. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Further, the successful bidder will be required to pay all applicable taxes and abide by the rules and regulations of the Cantonment Board. For bidders, it is advisable to visit the sites in advance to assess the commercial potential and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements, including timely submission of earnest money and tax certificates.
