AUCTION: Copying Branch Lease Rights at Civil Courts Mardan for 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Senior Civil Judge (Admin) Mardan invites sealed bids for the lease rights of the Copying Branch at Civil Courts Mardan for the financial year 2026-2027. This auction is being conducted under the 'No File Movement' policy, and interested parties are encouraged to participate as per the outlined schedule. The auction will be held on 04-11-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin), Mardan. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the Copying Branch (Civil Courts Mardan) for the period 2026-2027 The minimum monthly bid for the lease is set at Rs. 70,000, with an earnest money deposit (CDR) of Rs. 50,000 required for participation. The successful bidder will also be responsible for a security deposit of Rs. 15,000 and a stamp duty of Rs. 10,000 per annum. Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the Copying Branch office for Rs. 500 per form. Only those bidders who are registered as Active Taxpayers with FBR will be eligible to participate. The agreement will be valid until 30-06-2027, and the successful bidder must sign the agreement within the stipulated time. Bidders must submit their sealed bids along with all required documents, including an affidavit of compliance with KPRA rules and proof of tax registration, by the deadline. The auction committee will open the bids in the presence of bidders, and the highest bid will be accepted, subject to verification and approval. In case of a tie, the next highest bidder will be considered. The CDR of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after the auction process is completed.
