AUCTION: Cricket Arena Zeeshan Colony Kamalia Collection Rights 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Municipal Committee Kamalia is offering for auction the constructed Cricket Arena located at Zeeshan Colony Kamalia. The auction is scheduled for Monday, 28th September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Administrator, Municipal Committee Kamalia. This auction is conducted under the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016 for a period of one year 2026-2027. Items being auctioned: - Cricket Arena Zeeshan Colony Kamalia with a reserve price of Rs. 4,500,000/- and security amount Rs. 500,000/- The auction is supervised by the Municipal Committee Kamalia. Bidders must submit copies of CNIC, lease license registration, and security amount in the form of a non-adjustable CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Municipal Committee Kamalia before the auction time. This security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. Only registered and licensed contractors (in person) are eligible to participate. No authority letter will be accepted. Important conditions include eligibility only for registered contractors 2026-2027 as per District Government rules, no defaulters of dues, no blacklisted persons, no bankrupts, and successful bidders must pay installments monthly as per contract terms. Open call deposits are not acceptable. The Municipal Officer (Finance) Kamalia office holds the right to accept or reject bids without reason and amend conditions on the spot.
