AUCTION: Cycle Stand Contract Rights for Government College Rajanpur 2026-27

Government College Rajanpur is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the contract rights of the cycle stand for the academic year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the college premises on 21-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. The contract is for managing and operating the cycle stand facility for students and staff during the specified academic session. Items being auctioned: - Contract rights for the cycle stand at Government College Rajanpur for the year 2026-27 (annual reserve price: Rs. 30000) The successful bidder will be responsible for the operation and management of the cycle stand, ensuring proper parking and security of bicycles as per college regulations. The minimum reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 30000 per annum. Interested participants must bring their original CNIC and a pay order or CDR equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price as earnest money to qualify for bidding. The contract will be awarded to the highest bidder, subject to approval by the college administration. The auction will be conducted in a transparent manner, and all participants are advised to arrive at the college office before the scheduled time. The successful bidder must sign the contract agreement immediately after the auction and deposit the full contract amount as per college policy. Previous year's contractor will not be given any preference, and all interested parties are encouraged to participate.
