AUCTION: Damaged Pedestrian Bridge at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5) Hyderabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA) Sindh-South Region invites bids for the re-auction of a damaged pedestrian bridge located at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5) near Hyderabad. The bridge is dismantled and offered on an 'As Is Where Is Basis'. It weighs approximately 12 tons and is situated on the NHA Plot Hatri adjacent to Hatri Police Station on Hyderabad Bypass Road. The property pertains to the NHA Maintenance Unit at Hyderabad. Items being auctioned: - Damaged pedestrian bridge (approximate weight 12 Ton) at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5) Interested bidders can visit the site from 06.10.2026 to 21.10.2026 during working days between 10:00 AM to 03:30 PM. Auction application forms and details are available from the NHA Hyderabad office at NHA Complex, Near New Toll Plaza, Jamshoro, upon submission of a written request and payment of Rs. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable) in favor of National Highway Authority. Bids must be submitted with a pay order equal to 25% of the total bid amount as security deposit. The bids should reach the NHA office by October 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The auction will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room, NHA Regional Office (Sindh-South) Karachi, in the presence of bidders. All charges related to loading, unloading, and weigh station fees will be borne by the successful bidder based on actual weight receipts. NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. This auction is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
