AUCTION: Punjab Danish School (Boys & Girls) Vehari Unserviceable Items and Scrap Disposal 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Danish Schools (Boys & Girls) Vehari is conducting a public auction for the disposal of unserviceable items and scrap material. The auction will be held at the school premises, and all interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule below. This is an excellent opportunity for scrap dealers and interested buyers to acquire various obsolete and unserviceable items from a reputable educational institution in Vehari. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable furniture (various types and quantities) - Broken and obsolete electrical appliances - Damaged and unusable laboratory equipment - Scrap iron, steel, and miscellaneous metal items - Unserviceable office equipment - Other miscellaneous scrap and obsolete items as available on site All items will be auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction for boys campus items will be held on 16 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, and for girls campus items on 17 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and deposit a refundable earnest money of 20,000 PKR in cash before participating in the auction. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25 percent of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining balance payable within three days. All items must be removed from the premises within the stipulated time after full payment. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions announced at the time of auction. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For inspection of items, interested parties may visit the school campuses during working hours before the auction dates. Tip: Arrive early on the auction day to inspect the lots thoroughly and clarify any queries with the auction committee to avoid surprises during bidding.
