NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Quetta Metropolitan Corporation is inviting sealed bids for the auction of various parking sites, bus stand, and collection rights for the financial year 2026-27 in Quetta. This public auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire lucrative rights for fee collection and management of key municipal assets in the city. The auction will be conducted as per the schedule and reserve prices listed below.
Items being auctioned:
- Lot 01: General Bus Stand Parking Fee Collection Rights, Reserve Price: Rs. 93,50,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 45,00,000/-, Auction Date: 12/10/2026
- Lot 02: Liaquat Bazaar Parking Fee Collection Rights, Reserve Price: Rs. 6,87,50,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 68,75,000/-, Auction Date: 13/10/2026
- Lot 03: Circular Road Parking Fee Collection Rights, Reserve Price: Rs. 8,80,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 4,50,000/-, Auction Date: 14/10/2026
- Lot 04: Jinnah Road Parking Fee Collection Rights, Reserve Price: Rs. 10,00,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 5,00,000/-, Auction Date: 15/10/2026

Each lot represents a separate collection or management right for the specified location. Bidders must submit earnest money as specified for each lot. The auction will be held at the Quetta Metropolitan Corporation office at 12:00 noon on the respective dates. All applicable taxes, including BRA and GST, will be borne by the successful bidder. Interested parties must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority.
A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day with all required documents and earnest money pay order to avoid last-minute issues, as only those present at the time of auction will be allowed to participate.
