AUCTION: Digital Streamers Installation Rights at Major Ishaq Shaheed Flyover Walton Cantt Lahore

The Military Lands & Cantonments Department through Walton Cantonment Board Lahore announces an open public auction for the installation rights of Digital Streamers at Major Ishaq Shaheed Flyover within the municipal jurisdiction of Walton Cantt Board Lahore. The auction is scheduled for 05-10-2026 at 1100 hours at the office of the Cantonment Board Walton. In case of no auction on the due date, alternative dates are 06-10-2026 or 07-10-2026. The auction involves the installation of 14 single-sided Digital Streamers (SMD) each sized 6'x3' at the specified flyover location near Khyban-e-Iqbal DHA Lahore. Items being auctioned: - Digital Streamers (SMD) Single Sided, 14 Nos, Size 6'x3', Location: Major Ishaq Shaheed Flyover (Near Khyban-e-Iqbal DHA Lahore), Security Certificate Rs. 10,00,000/- (1.0 M) The successful bidder will be responsible for installation at their own expense and must obtain NOC from Walton Cantonment Board for electric connection from LESCO. The bidder must also submit a structure and foundation stability certificate from a qualified structural engineer registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. The height of the digital streamers will be determined by the CEO/Board. The advertisement rights are for one year from the date of bid approval, renewable for two similar terms at the Board's discretion. The contractor must maintain the area, including periodic chemical treatment of the poles and proper maintenance of the digital streamers and pole boards. Eligibility includes registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, earnest money/security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee, and compliance with auction terms. Defaulters from any government organization, particularly Walton Cantt Board, are ineligible. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the highest bid as earnest money before auction and 75% after final approval in three equal installments quarterly. Failure to deposit installments will lead to contract cancellation. The auction is governed by strict terms including rights of Walton Cantt Board to reject bids, dispute resolution by Director Lahore region, and forfeiture of bid security on non-compliance.
