Auction and Dismantling of Steel and RCC Bridges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is offering an auction for the dismantling and removal of several steel and RCC bridges located across various districts including Mardan, Swabi, Dir Lower, and Hangu. The assets are being sold on an "As It Is Where It Is" basis, providing a unique opportunity for contractors and firms registered with the Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR to participate. The technical scope includes the auction and dismantling of a pedestrian steel overhead bridge on Mardan Swabi Road, two steel truss bridges at Jandola, and old RCC bridges at Khazana Bypass over River Panjkora and Kahi Bridge at Hangu. The Kahi Bridge project involves spans totaling over 38 meters and includes rehabilitation works. Bidders must provide a bid security of 2% of the bid cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Managing Director PKHA Peshawar. The bid security will be refunded 15 days after work completion. Eligibility requires an attested CNIC copy, a valid Active Taxpayer Certificate from FBR, and compliance with all tax obligations including stamp duty and service charges. Bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed envelopes clearly marked as Original and Duplicate, sent to the Deputy Director (Procurement) PKHA and Director - III PKHA respectively.
